- Any condition: We do not care what condition it’s in. In fact, we get excited about outdated, run-down, and neglected properties.
- Terms: We can usually make an all-cash offer and close in less than a month.
- Price: We are in the business of renovating homes for profit. We typically make a substantial investment in these projects, and need to buy at a price that supports our business model. That said, we typically buy houses priced less than $200,000.
- Other: If your house doesn’t meet our criteria, or we can’t reach an agreement, then we would be happy to put you in touch with an agent that can help you sell your home.
